Who we are

Roy and Julia Armstrong are both graduates (with honors) of the University of Texas School of Law. They have been practicing in Texas since 1984 and in New Mexico since 2002. They have been married for twenty-five years. They are now focusing their Texas practice on the needs of appraisal review boards.
